Simply - This is meditation. Sit quietly in peace, try not to think. Focus on your breathing: In and out, In and out. feel it getting deeper and slower. Become aware of the sounds and environment around you, feel it deep inside you. Is there a bird chirping, hear the fridge humming. Don't think about anything, let it just be. This is meditation. This is awareness.
