House Cleansing (Smudging)

Periodically it is a good idea to cleanse or Smudge your home, workplace or room. Smudging balances the energy of the area and helps clear residual energy that has been left behind.

Although we believe the home should be cleansed with the change of each season. It is a good idea to smudge after there has been unrest or conflict within the area. Such things as an illness, conflict or trauma. Smudging will clear these energies and leave the area feeling crisp, clear and inviting again, ready for a fresh start.

While there are many ways to smudge a home, we believe using white sage and perform a cleansing ritual on the house. A Reiki Master or Spiritual worker will visit the home and using the smoke of white sage, they will work through the home , ensuring the energy is cleansed and balanced. The feeling of the space when complete is amazing.

Smudging is also great for selling the property, it brings a fresh and renewed energy. It also attracts a positive sale. Smudging also helps with land of new construction. I have used Smudge in work places, to balance and attract a good and peaceful working environment. I have also smudged cars after a new owner has purchased it from a seller.

My Motto is "if in doubt, smudge it out" because doubt is not balanced and stems from confusion, there is already a sense of balance needed.
